Following what’s been an exceptionally difficult year for people everywhere, it has been great re-opening again and providing so many guests with a fabulous Suffolk summer holiday.

We would like to thank everyone of our guests this year not only for your continued support in these difficult times but also being safe and accomodating in these unusual times.

‘Rule of Six’ Guidance & Refunds

Following the latest advice from the govenment, it is now illegal for us to host guests of more than six except in very specific circumstances. We are in the process of contacting all upcoming bookings of more than 6 guests and offering you the following options:

  • 100% refund with no requestions asked.
  • Reduce your party size and get a discount.
  • Move your booking to 2021 for free.

If you believe that your party falls in line with the governments exceptional circumstances please do get in touch.

Ongoing Refund Policy

The feedback has been tremondous from you all and we continue to offer our promise of 100% refunds in full in the event of any travel restrictions as we have done for the last 6 months. This will continue into 2021 as we are well aware that uncertainty looms for the rest of the year and beyond.
