Following last night’s announcements from the government, placing England in a new national lockdown from 5th November we will be closed for bookings from 5th November until 2nd December for all holidays as the guidance outlines that our accomodation “should only open for those who have to travel for work purposes…”. We will be closed for bookings on our website by default, if you are travelling and wanting to book for work purposes please do get in touch.
100% Refunds for Stays in November
Whilst it is with great difficulty that we close our doors again for this period as we know so many of you will be looking forward to your trips, we appreciate that it is for the greater good and we must work together and follow the guidance.
We are proud to say that we will again be supporting all of our guests who have bookings in this period with 100% refunds or choice of alternate dates.
Stays This Coming Week (2nd November)
If you are staying this coming week and your booking overlaps with the lockdown then we must ask that you leave on Wednsday 4th November, you will be refunded for any missed nights of your trip!
If you choose not to travel at all than we are (of course) happy to offer you a refund in full.
Book With Confidence
Our policy of 100% refunds if you cannot travel due to government restrictions will continue for all bookings going forwards, so you can book with us in confidence for stays in December and beyond.
We will continue to update here towards the end of the lockdown period and review any restrictions and advise as appropriate at the time.
