An open letter to all local residents.

We have been actively listening to your concerns about inviting guests to Suffolk and on Monday 23rd March we made the difficult decision to close our business until further notice.

We decided it would have been irresponsible to carry on trading and inviting people to stay in Suffolk at this time.

We have stopped taking new bookings for all properties up until June 2020. We will continue to monitor the situation and may extended this if we need to do so.

We are in the process of cancelling any current bookings for this period and are arranging for guests currently staying in our properties to return home.

This is a delicate situation and we are treating it with care. We are working around the clock to help guests return home and are ensuring that they are rightfully compensated for their lost holidays.

We have been open and transparent with the community throughout this process addressing concerns over London travel specifically and subsequently closing for bookings. We have connected with members of the community on social media to address any concerns and will continue to do this in the upcoming weeks.

We feel that our business gives something back to the local communities by bringing guests to Suffolk for their holidays and filling houses which may otherwise stay empty. However, we understand that this is a time of crisis and we all need to work together and stay at home.

Wishing you all the best in these difficult times.
