We have been focussed on the wellbeing of our guests, the safety of our local communities, and securing your properties for the immediate future. We are working around the clock trying to smooth over this inevitably difficult time for all of us.
You will be receiving all of this information by email as well but will continue to update on here for quick reference.
Cancellations & Defferred Bookings
Following the new travel restrictions and ‘lockdown’ situation in the UK we are in the process of cancelling all upcoming bookings in this period offering all guests a full refund in this period. We are no longer taking bookings until June 2020 but are anticipating that this could be extended.
We are hearing many guests concerned over their planned summer holidays and have offered the alternate option of deferring these until next year as opposed to cancellation. We are confident that we will be more ready than ever to mobilise, take bookings, and bring guests back in once it is deemed safe to do so by the government.
2021 Calendar Update
After rightfully compensating our guests and aiding them in moving dates, we are looking ahead to the future. We are now taking bookings through to the end of 2021. We need to work together as a planet and bear through these difficult times but we do see an end to this.
Whilst we are very much operational in this period and still taking bookings for the future, our primary focus right now is supporting our guests and ensuring we are acting responsibly towards our local communities.
