With direct communication, face-to-face meet and greets (when possible) and expert tips on how to increase your letting potential, our approach is people-centred, working to put you at ease while ensuring your guests have the best stay possible.
Holiday letting can be more hassle than it’s worth. That’s why we take care of everything – from the initial photographs, through to taking reservations, meet and greets, key handover, cleaning and 24-hour cover should any problems arise during your guest’s stay. This way, you can sit back, relax and reap the rewards from your holiday let.
When entrusting your property to people you’ve never met, you need to feel confident that it won’t be misused or damaged. We only choose guests who have proven track records and positive reviews, and if desired we can wait for your approval before taking any reservations. If something does go wrong, we’re on hand to fix it.
In August 2014 Tim Day an Estate Agent in London decided to holiday let his own apartment in Earl’s Court on airbnb (the hugely successful global holiday letting company) while he was on holiday in Italy. The rent he achieved from this one booking was enough to pay for his entire summer holiday. Tim continued to offer his property on airbnb for weekend stays and within a very short space of time, bookings started to fill up. Off the back of his own experience on airbnb, it was an obvious choice to offer his own clients an airbnb management service which gave them a lucrative alternative to long term letting and allowed them to stay in their property when they wanted. It was quickly apparent that owners in London liked the flexibility that holiday letting gave them.
Tim’s vision of making an impact in the Suffolk Coastal market moved ahead swiftly when he teamed up with Harry Embleton who grew up around Aldeburgh and shares Tim’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to offer owners and guests an entirely different holiday letting experience. From this Air Manage Suffolk was born.
Fast forward to present day and Air Manage now represent over 125 properties across both London and Suffolk.
